Please note: Under Part 23 of the Australian Civil Aviation Act (1988), and under the Laws which govern the transport of baggage and cargo worldwide, heavy penalties including imprisonment apply to shippers who do not declare dangerous goods in any item consigned to an airline.

That unless Insurance is purchased from Chitra’s Courier Services, Chitra’s Courier Services will not be under any lability (contractual, tortious or otherwise) to myself or my company in respect of any loss or damage (Including consequential loss or damage) howsoever caused, which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect to the supply of goods or services pursuant to this Agreement or an act, failure or omission of Chitra’s Courier Services. Chitra’s Courier Services is not responsible for any goods which are stolen, confiscated, delivered late, damaged, wet or not delivered at all and any packaging used for such goods.
